ORDER HANDLING AND SHIPPING
After receiving your order, we make every effort to promptly ship it to you. Typically, orders placed before noon on business days will be shipped the same day. However, please note that exceptional periods of high demand may occasionally affect our ability to meet this timeframe.
Our distribution center operates only from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . Orders received on Friday afternoon, weekends or public holidays will be packed and shipped on the next available business day.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this arrangement.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our standard shipping option is facilitated by USPS ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery. Meanwhile, our express shipping options are provided by UPS or DHL Express, guaranteeing expedited and secure delivery. Occasionally, we may utilize other shipping providers as necessary to fulfill your orders.
ACCURACY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
To ensure efficient order processing and delivery, we reserve the right to ship orders exclusively to the verified billing address or the work address of the cardholder. It is crucial to provide accurate billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order to prevent any delays in receiving your package.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the ordering process. Please take full responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address provided to us. Kindly note that we do not ship to mailboxes.
In the event that an order is shipped with an incorrect address, there is a possibility that it may be returned to us. Please be aware that this situation is beyond our control. Once we receive the returned order, we can arrange for reshipment. However, please note that the actual shipping costs for the second shipment will be charged, which may be higher than the reduced shipping costs displayed on our website.
Alternatively, instead of opting for a second shipment, you have the choice to request a refund. In such cases, a deduction of $ 15 will be made as compensation for shipping fees and handling.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the necessary tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment. It is important to regularly check the status of your order for any updates.
Please be aware that in certain cases, your order may be delivered to the local post office for pickup. Typically, the order will remain available for pickup at the local post office for a period of one month. Failure to collect your order within this timeframe will result in its return to us. Kindly note that this aspect is beyond our control.

At most destinations, we offer free standard shipping starting at $50.
For orders of less than $50, the standard shipping cost will be indicated at checkout
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to return the purchased products within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The return period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take(s) physical possession of the last product in the order.

RETURN PROCESS
If you decide to return the products, you must send them back or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your decision to return the products. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the products.
REFUND
After receiving the returned products, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your return notification. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us, as a result of the refund.
RETURNED PRODUCTS
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of return does not apply to products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Please take care to avoid any damage or soiling of the products. If possible, return the products in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Please provide suitable protective packaging, if needed, to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. Do not return the products to us without proper postage. Note that the requirements mentioned above are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising the right of return.
